How Our Official Travel Partner Can Assist You

Check with the Russian consulate in your country to confirm whether you need a visa.
If required, contact our official partner, Visa-Russian.ru, for advice on the right invitation type, visa category, and current entry requirements.
Most exhibitors and visitors apply for a business or tourist invitation. Once issued, you can apply for your visa at your local consulate.
You will also need medical insurance covering your entire stay in Russia, which can be arranged through Visa-Russian.ru.

Invitation for a Business Visa

A business visa is ideal for visits to Russia for meetings, negotiations, and exhibitions.
Issued via a registered Russian entity, Visa-Russian.ru (Travelmart Service LLC) can act as the inviting organization for ITE participants.
Most invitations are for double-entry visas valid up to 90 days. Processing takes ~20 business days, after which you apply at a Russian consulate.

Invitation for a Tourist Visa

A tourist visa is the quickest way to enter Russia, issued within 1 business day for a single stay of up to 30 days.
Accommodation must be booked for the full stay via Visa-Russian.ru, which also provides invitations, insurance, transport, and travel services.
