All persons arriving in Russia are still required to fill out the form on the Rospotrebnadzor website.

We also would like to mention that a foreign citizen is required to register in Russia upon arrival:

• at the address of the hotel or other accommodation facility (in this case, the registration shall be carried out by the hotel within one working day)

• or at the address of the residential premises where the foreign citizen will be staying (in this case, registration shall be carried out by the owner of the premises).
