Guidelines prior to attending the exhibition

Important

Foreign citizens traveling to attend the exhibition will be required to present a valid ID and a visa.

In case you need a visa to the Russian Federation, please contact our official partner Visa-Russian.ru for advice on the preferred type of invitation and visa for your upcoming visit and the current rules of entry to Russia.

Attention

All persons arriving in Russia are still required to fill out the form on the Rospotrebnadzor website.

We also would like to mention that a foreign citizen is required to register in Russia upon arrival:

at the address of the hotel or other accommodation facility (in this case, the registration shall be carried out by the hotel within one working day)
or at the address of the residential premises where the foreign citizen will be staying (in this case, registration shall be carried out by the owner of the premises).
